Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production, building a scalable system for reliability. You will lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems to ensure reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.

This hands-on leadership role requires shaping processes, leading incidents, growing the team, and transitioning from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, infrastructure, or production engineering.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
• Hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure with clear communication.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own production of all live customer-facing systems and ensure stability, availability, and readiness for releases.
• Lead incident management lifecycle, including alerting, response, postmortems, and systemic fixes.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations, escalation paths, and runbooks to prevent burnout.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs; improve visibility for availability, latency, errors and saturation.
• Lead and grow the Operations team, set standards and KPIs, and foster ownership and accountability.
