Job summary

Complexio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. Not just keep it running, but build a system that scales. You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems for reliability, observability, and continuous improvement.

This hands-on role shapes processes, leads incidents, and grows the team, moving us from firefighting to proactive reliability engineering. You’ll define SLIs/SLOs, monitor MTTR, and drive a reliability roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Production Engineering.
• Prior experience leading technical teams.
• Deep hands-on incident management experience.
• Strong observability and reliability mindset.
• Calm under pressure, clear in communication.
• Systems thinker, fixes root causes, not symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead the full incident lifecycle and postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability roadmaps.
• Build and mentor the Operations team; set KPIs.
