• Proven ability to lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability for all live customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident management lifecycle with blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and escalation paths.
• Define and drive monitoring, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability roadmaps.
