• Led technical teams and large-scale on-call rotations.
• Hands-on incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Strong observability mindset and reliability focus.

Responsibilities

• Own production systems for reliability and scalability.
• Lead incident response with blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and runbooks.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and MTTR metrics.
• Grow the Operations team and set KPIs.
