Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Production Planner to join our manufacturing team following the departure of a valued team member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a production background, including junior candidates looking to develop their career within a supportive and structured environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and products are manufactured to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning production schedules and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Monitoring and ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Working closely and directly with production lines on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensuring all products meet quality and specification standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the production process
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Background in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Junior candidates will be considered
  • Experience within steel manufacturing is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work hands‑on with production teams
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards
