Job description

Production Operator

Locations: Tonypandy (CF40 2XX) OR Blackmill (CF35 6EQ)

Salary: From £12.24 per hour

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Shift Patterns

• Rotating Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Night Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am (shift allowance applies)
• Monday to Friday only – no weekend working

• Starting your shift with a team briefing and safety checks
• Operating production machinery (after full training)
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
• Completing basic paperwork and production records
• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets
• Finishing your shift knowing exactly what you've achieved

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (food or packaging preferred but not essential)
