Job description

Stafforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon.

About the Role

You will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coating. Ensuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all times. Finishing the components post-coating using finishing processes. Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.

Pay: Starting £12.21 per hour

Shift Schedule:

First 4 weeks: 08:00 to 16:00

After 4 weeks: Alternating weekly shifts:

• Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 to 22:00

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

• Machining operations or manufacturing experience required
• Good practical skills and ability to work quickly and methodically
• Ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality, and productivity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
