Production Operative – Skelmersdale

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Skelmersdale starting in January 2025, with multiple start dates available.

For this role, we are looking for individuals with an interest in, or experience within, an engineering or manufacturing environment – ideally with skills such as reading drawings, assembling tools, and operating machinery. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunity for career progression.

Shifts

• Week 1 (Days) : Thursday – Saturday, 06 : 00 – 18 : 00 (1 day off after)
• Week 2 (Days) : Monday – Wednesday, 06 : 00 – 18 : 00 (4 days off after)
• Week 3 (Nights) : Monday – Thursday, 18 : 00 – 06 : 00 (6 days off after)

Rates of Pay

• £15.73 – £26.37 per hour
