Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.

As of August 2025, JELD-WEN Penrith continues to offer competitive rates of pay, with rates adjusted to reflect current standards:

• Early Shift (6am-2pm): £13.23/hour
• Late Shift (2pm-10pm): £14.02/hour
• Night Shift (10pm-6am): £15.28/hour

Your role

• Assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Provide timely and proactive support.
