Production Operative & Rotating Shifts

Location: Oldham

Immediate Start Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We're hiring! The Best Connection Group Oldham is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a trusted client based in Oldham. This role offers long-term work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.21 per hour while on the set 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shift (rising to £12.60 after 12 weeks)
• £14.04 per hour when moved onto the rotating shift (rising to £14.49 after 12 weeks)
• Overtime available at time and 1/2

Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1: 6:30 AM & 2:30 PM
• Week 2: 2:30 PM & 10:30 PM
• Whilst training for the first month the shift will be EITHER a set 6am-2pm OR a set 2pm-10pm

Key Duties Include:

• Manual handling and moving stock (up to 20kg)
• Wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
• Monitoring machinery during operation
• Counting and quality-checking stock
• General production line tasks
• Completing paperwork
