Monday – Friday
£12.21 – £12.99 depending on the shift.

Overview

We’re recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well‑established bakery in the Wellingborough area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods
• Operating machinery and maintaining production flow
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
• No items heavier than 9 kg
