Job summary

A leading automotive engineering company is seeking a Production Operative in Northampton for a hands-on role. You will operate manual machines and perform inspections to produce high-quality components. Previous experience in manufacturing and familiarity with hand tools are desired. This position offers a competitive salary of £26,500 with a shift premium on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

  • Experience with hand tools/machinery would be desirable.
  • Previous inspection experience is advantageous.

Production Operative — Northampton — £26,500 + shift premium (6-month FTC)

We''re recruiting for a Production Operative to join a world-renowned automotive engineering business in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in producing and inspecting high-quality components that go into some of the most advanced automotive and motorsport applications in the world. This is your chance to be part of a company with a global reputation for performance engineering. You''ll be trained to use a range of manual machines and hand tools, working on specialist processes such as broddle, rosler and super-finishing cranks. Every part you touch contributes to projects where precision and quality are everything. The role offers a great shift premium alongside there earlies and lates shift pattern (Monday - Friday) over a 6-month fixed term contract.
