Overview

Join Pilgrim's Europe as a Production Operative in Huntington. You will be part of a dynamic team in a leading food manufacturing company. This opportunity suits individuals with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

Salary and schedule: Competitive hourly rate of £12.35, with the potential to earn over £500 per week. Rota: 2 weeks of 6am - 2pm and 2 weeks at 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday, providing more time for yourself.

Responsibilities

• Carry out any suitable duties as requested by the Cell Leader or Shift Leader related to the manufacture of prepared food products.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through personal development and wider production awareness.
• Align with the group mission, vision and values as set out in the Premier Provider Plan.
