Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Production Manager on a daily basis about job allocation
  • To understand a formulation, collate all materials and manufacture product
  • Ensure that all documentation and labelling is completed when a process has been finished
  • To follow company procedures and work in a safe manner
  • To ensure food safety, integrity, legality and quality
  • To carry out other duties as reasonably required
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of instructions for the production of APIs
  • Producing APIs and, when appropriate, intermediates according to pre‑approved instructions
  • Completing batch records ensuring that these are completed and signed adequately
  • Making sure that all production deviations are reported
  • Making sure that production facilities are clean and when appropriate disinfected
  • Making sure that the necessary calibrations are performed and records kept
  • Making sure that the premises and equipment are maintained and records kept
  • Assist in evaluating any proposed changes in product, process or equipment
Profile
  • Desirable: GCSE or equivalent
  • Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
  • A strong affinity to continuous improvement in a production environment
  • Very commitment to safety in a production environment
