Location : Wellington, TA21 9JG

Pay : £26,665.60 at £12.82 / hour to £29,328.00 at £14.10 / hour

Hours : Full-time | 40 hours / week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a well-established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team at their Wellington facility. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up high-tech production machinery
  • Maintain product quality in line with company standards
  • Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency

Pay & Overtime

Starting Rate : £12.82 / hour

Progression Rate : Up to £14.10 / hour as you become multi-skilled

Overtime : Paid at time and a half

£19.23 / hour (based on starting rate)

£21.15 / hour (once fully multi-skilled)
