A well-established manufacturing company based in Poole is seeking a Production Manager (CNC) to supervise CNC machining operations. This role involves leading a team of approximately 35 staff, managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CNC, team leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: Depending on level of experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am – 2.00pm
A fantastic opportunity not to be missed has arisen for an experienced Production Manager looking for a career working for a flourishing and well-established Manufacturing company based in Poole. This privately owned company has over a 50-year history supply machined parts and ancillaries for various industrial applications.
Within this role you will be responsible for CNC Machine Shop and manufacturing areas where the company is looking for you to develop the team to be and achieve better, ensuring the company continue to manufacture their products to the highest possible standard whilst meeting customer deadlines.
We are looking for an individual who not only knows CNC but can also mentor but also someone who can lead / develop the team to achieve the best in their roles.
Within this role you will be responsible for approx. 35 staff in total across the shop floor and production planning & engineering.
