Progression Opportunities. My client is a fast-paced manufacturing leader seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead high-performing teams, drive lean improvements, and ensure top-quality, safe, and efficient operations on a 24 / 7 shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire production teams to deliver high performance and a positive shopfloor culture.
  • Manage daily operations to meet output, quality, safety, and compliance targets.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and execution of the production schedule.
  • Maintain shift records and lead performance reviews with clear improvement actions.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure environmental and GMP compliance.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and HSE to achieve operational goals.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and embed lean manufacturing practices.
  • Oversee smooth product changeovers and minimise downtime.
  • Take responsibility for site standards and facility condition during shifts.
