PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

SANDIACRE, NG10 5AN (ONSITE)

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next challenge? Progress Rail Services UK is seeking a motivated Production Administrator to provide vital day‑to‑day administrative support across a variety of production functions. If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Expedite parts and update plans using ERP/MRP systems.
  • Maintain shop floor paperwork and accurate works order bookings.
  • Keep records updated in ERP/MRP and manual logs during downtime.
  • Coordinate HR tasks (interviews, holidays, training registers).
  • Manage internal communications and support HSE briefings.
  • Assist with KPI tracking, requisitions, and booking-in.
  • Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as required.
The Candidate:
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem solver with the ability to act quickly.
  • Good team worker with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
  • Attention to detail.
