Job Summary

We’re seeking a Product Specialist who will play a key role in provisioning and setting up client-facing digital products. You will be responsible for building and configuring Go High Level dashboards, setting up AI chat products, and supporting website creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow in the SaaS and AI space.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and configure products within Go High Level (CRM, automation dashboards, workflows).
• Set up and deploy AI chat products for clients.
• Assist in building and launching websites using provided tools and templates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of client projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dashboards, websites, or chat products.
• Support ongoing improvements in automation and product delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Background and experience in a SaaS/AI environment
• Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working with SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Go High Level (must-have) and ideally Salesforce.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools (AI, website builders, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST (remote)
