Job description

Responsible for the planning and implementation of all product marketing launches and marketing campaigns across the business. This will include product launches, product campaigns, theme based omni-channel quarterly campaigns, industry focused mini campaigns. This role will be working closely with the rest of the marketing team, subsidiary marketing personnel & sales teams, major distribution partners and external agencies, to ensure successful product launches and global marketing campaign launches.

Key Tasks
  • Creating and delivering global marketing campaigns
  • Delivering ad hoc tactical promotional programs
  • Owning end-to-end product launch process
  • Managing competitor intelligence programme
  • Contributing to Group marketing leadership team
  • Providing all elements of marketing collateral to support GTM plan
Responsibilities
  • Support Group Marketing Director in all areas of the marketing mix.
  • Work closely with the product management team to deliver high impact product launches and updates.
  • Work towards a detailed product launch process, from conception to completion, ensuring key stakeholders and the wider business are updated at each milestone.
  • Develop regular competitor tracking and review processes.
  • Work with agency and group marketing team members to deliver product related marketing materials such as adverts, landing pages, videos and case studies.
  • Line manage the product marketing executive and manage the product marketing and campaigns budget.
  • Creation and deployment of theme based omni-channel quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Creation and deployment of industry-focused mini campaigns.
  • Provide and support the Digital Marketing team with web content; provide content and support for email communications.
  • Provide content for social media channels.
  • Support external sales teams to ensure they have the tools available to uphold Brigade's corporate identity.
  • Use of third-party platforms to streamline processes, save costs and improve standards.
  • A flexible approach, working on multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to plan, take initiative to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Support subsidiaries in delivering regional marketing activity.
