Job summary

Giacom, the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware, and Billing through one platform, is seeking a Product Manager for its Mobile Solutions portfolio in the UK. You’ll own products end-to-end, collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and vendors, identify opportunities and drive growth with new capabilities and pricing strategies.

You’ll work across the partner ecosystem to deliver competitive, relevant offerings and play a pivotal role in lifecycle management from concept to ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in the mobile telecommunications, connectivity or communications sector.
• Understanding of Mobile Airtime and Cellular IoT value to businesses.
• Experience managing products lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Commercial awareness to assess market opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Experience with vendors, partners or suppliers and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills across levels.
• Excellent organisational skills for multiple priorities and projects.
• Knowledge of UK mobile numbering and calling regulations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing products throughout their lifecycle from introduction to optimisation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand for growth opportunities.
• Support the creation and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Build business cases to support investment decisions and measure success.
• Lead cross-functional launches of new products, services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams on pricing strategies.
• Build relationships with vendors and support ongoing vendor management.
• Deliver presentations, training and enablement sessions to internal teams and partners.
• Create engaging product content, collateral and support materials.
• Use insight and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
