Job summary
Giacom, a unified platform for Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing, seeks a Product Manager for its Mobile Solutions portfolio. You’ll own products end-to-end, drive growth, and collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and vendor partners to launch capabilities and optimise profitability across the portfolio.
Role requires experience in mobile telecoms, cellular IoT and lifecycle management, with strong stakeholder communication and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience in the mobile telecommunications or connectivity sector.
- Knowledge of Mobile Airtime and Cellular IoT value to businesses.
- Experience managing products from concept to launch and optimisation.
- Commercial awareness to evaluate market opportunities and pricing.
- Experience with vendors and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop products from introduction through optimisation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Support creation and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Build business cases and measure product success.
- Lead cross-functional launches and pricing strategies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations, training and enablement sessions.
- Create product content and collateral; drive continuous improvement.
