Job summary

Giacom, based in Nelson, England, United Kingdom, is seeking a commercially-minded Partner Account Manager (Hardware Sales Specialist) to join our Mobile Hardware Sales team. You will nurture partner relationships, respond to enquiries, and drive revenue across devices and IT equipment.

You’ll work with the Hardware Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate quotes, smooth order fulfilment, and timely delivery while maintaining CRM records and contributing to forecasting and

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, account management, or internal sales in mobile/telecoms/hardware.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with ability to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with existing partners and provide exceptional service.
Respond to enquiries on hardware products, pricing, stock and orders.
Prepare quotes and recommendations across devices and IT equipment.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Support partners through ordering process and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
