Product Manager

Location: 3 days from home / 2 days in London
Salary: Circa 70K – 92K + Benefits

The role involves driving the product roadmap from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional features. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to enable rapid growth while staying true to the mission.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap from concept to launch with cross-functional collaboration
• Translate user needs into technical requirements and define product discovery processes
• Collaborate with developers, designers & QA to deliver high-quality features
• Use metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and validate product direction

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in product management (AI/ML product experience strongly preferred but SaaS, mobile app considered)
• Strong understanding of product discovery, Agile delivery, and translating user needs into technical requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work closely with developers, designers & QA teams
• Comfortable working with metrics, analytics tools, and making evidence-based decisions
