Roundhouse Trust in London seeks a Product Manager to join our Systems & Technology team on a full-time basis (35 hours/week) for a two-year fixed-term contract. You will help develop and improve our digital platforms across the organisation and coordinate platform rollouts with staff training.

You will work with Tessitura and other ticketing tools, perform user testing, analyse data across systems, ensure GDPR compliance and collaborate with suppliers to deliver improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience in digital product management and working with technical teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and analytics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and improvement of digital platforms across the organisation.
• Coordinate platform rollouts and conduct user testing with staff training.
• Strengthen data capabilities by analysing information across systems and ensuring GDPR practices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver platform improvements.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and maintain system continuity documentation.
