Job summary

THE ROUNDHOUSE TRUST in London is seeking a Product Manager on a two-year fixed-term contract to lead digital platforms and ticketing systems. You will work 35 hours per week from Camden, coordinating with tech and operations teams.

Key requirements include experience with Tessitura or similar CRM, digital product management, GDPR knowledge and agile methods, plus strong data analysis and training skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Tessitura or at least two other ticketing CRM applications.
• Experience in digital product management, including user testing and working with technical teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience liaising with third‑party agencies.
• Confidence in transforming, combining and analysing multiple datasets.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve our digital platforms and ensure they operate effectively across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager; coordinate platform rollouts and staff training.
• Analyse information across systems to support customer segmentation and GDPR practices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver platform improvements.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and maintain system continuity documentation.
