Roundhouse Trust in London seeks a Product Manager to join our Systems & Technology team on a full-time basis (35 hours/week) for a two-year fixed-term contract. You will help develop and improve our digital platforms across the organisation and coordinate platform rollouts with staff training.

You will work with Tessitura and other ticketing tools, perform user testing, analyse data across systems, ensure GDPR compliance and collaborate with suppliers to deliver improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management and working with technical teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and analytics is a plus.

Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960s, we’ve opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities – day in, night out. We’re on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK, giving young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history. We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Systems & Technology team on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week for a two-year fixed-term contract.

Задачи:

• As our Product Manager, you will support the development and improvement of our digital platforms, ensuring they operate effectively across our organisation.
• Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll work with Tessitura, YesPlan, WordPress and True Tickets, as well as our website, co-ordinating platform rollouts, conducting user testing and delivering staff training to improve digital literacy.
• Alongside this, you'll strengthen our data capabilities by analysing information across multiple systems, supporting customer segmentation and advising colleagues on GDPR best practices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver platform improvements.
• Manage qualitative surveys and support marketing analysis.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for digital systems.
• Maintain system continuity documentation.
• Process supplier invoices and credit card reconciliations.
• Support colleagues across the Systems & Technology team as required.

Требования:

• Strong experience with Tessitura or at least two other ticketing CRM applications.
• Experience in digital product management, including user testing and working with technical teams to deliver ongoing improvements.
• Knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience liaising with third-party agencies.
• Confidence in transforming, combining and analysing multiple datasets.
• The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
