Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Manager (Jackpots product).

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and managing the product vision, strategy and success for the products in your portfolio. You will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from idea to launch, including the measurement of business impact and continuous iteration. You’ll act as the central link between design, engineering, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business goals and strategy for Jackpots, Lootboxes and Streaming
  • Own business metrics and KPIs for each product vertical
  • Drive performance through focused initiatives
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product specs and user stories.
  • Prioritize development work by balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic urgency.
  • Drive the agile development process with engineering and design partners.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics (e.g., player engagement, feature adoption, monetization, churn).
  • Use data to validate hypotheses, measure success, and inform prioritization.
  • Deliver insights and reports to senior management on performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously refine and maintain the product backlog based on stakeholder input, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the business across departments.
  • Partner with various departments to coordinate go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and monetization models.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver delightful, scalable features.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, product manager or similar role, preferably in the iGaming or casino industry.
  • Alternatively - experience trying to launch your own product from scratch
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling B2C or B2B digital products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in tracking KPIs and metrics + figuring out what to focus on
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product management best practices.
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers and software development teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
