Team – UK Product

Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London or Stockport Office. hours per week.

What this role is all about :

As Product Manager within Vitality, you’ll bring a practical mindset, a curious approach, and the ability to learn and adapt as you shape and deliver a product strategy. Working closely with stakeholders and development teams, you’ll ensure every feature delivers real value for customers and the business.

Key Actions

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, developing a thorough understanding of the product challenges
• Lead on how we can track product performance, and how this is shaping continuous improvement in your product
• Use insights (customer research, performance data, experimentation) to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Stay informed and actively use competitor and industry wide trends in your thinking
• Partner with UX, development teams, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders
• Share progress and regular updates on the strategy and roadmap for your product

What do you need to thrive?

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Agile Product experience with a proven track record working in complex environments with competing needs
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation processes
• Strong ability to refine and prioritise product backlog in fast-moving environment
• Able to take the lead on stakeholder relationships within business and technical teams
