Arnold Clark's Hyundai Grangemouth branch is seeking Customer Service Executives, known as Product Geniuses, to deliver outstanding customer experiences and guide buyers to the right vehicle.

You’ll learn about our products, support the sales journey from enquiry to delivery, and work with the team. Training is provided with clear progression into car sales in a supportive branch environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a genuine customer‑facing approach.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and learn about products.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Swot up on vehicles and manufacturers to answer questions.
• Learn products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
