Arnold Clark Group in Sunderland is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Product Genius) to elevate the customer experience in our MG branch. You will learn about our vehicles, assist with showroom presentation, and guide customers through the sales journey from enquiry to delivery.

We seek bright ideas, a thirst for knowledge, and a strong team player who can progress into car sales. Training will be provided, with a five-day week including weekends, and a supportive management team in-branch.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support Sales and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our vehicles and manufacturers to advise customers.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
