Arnold Clark in Kilmarnock is seeking Customer Service Executives to deliver outstanding experiences as Product Geniuses. You’ll learn products, assist customers in person and digitally, and support the sales journey from enquiry through delivery and beyond.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required to support test drives and showroom activity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Get to know our vehicles and manufacturers to advise customers.
• Learn about products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
