Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive at our Kilmarnock Hyundai/Vanstore branch. You’ll focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience as a Product Genius, learning our product range and guiding customers from enquiry to delivery.

You’ll receive training, work with a supportive team, and have clear career progression toward car sales while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Eager to progress within the role toward car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about products to help customers find the best fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
