Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Wigan is seeking Customer Service Executives to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and help customers get excited about our vehicles.

As part of our team, you’ll become an in-branch expert, learning about products and guiding customers from enquiry to sale and delivery while working closely with the Sales department. Training will be provided as you develop at every step toward a career in car sales.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Eager to progress into car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
