Arnold Clark in Livingston is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Product Genius) to deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store. You’ll learn about our vehicles, engage with customers in person and digitally, and develop expertise across the sales journey from enquiry to delivery.

We’re looking for strong team players with a thirst for knowledge who can work a set rota including weekends. Training will be provided, with clear opportunities for progression into car sales.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Keen to progress within the role toward car sales.

Responsabilités

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Swot up on our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
