Arnold Clark in Workington is seeking Customer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Motorstore. You will learn about products, advise customers, and drive excellence from enquiry to delivery.

The role offers training, progression into car sales, and a supportive team, with a five-day week on a set rota including weekends, 38 hours. You’ll be a product genius, developing communication skills for in-person and digital interactions.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to progress within the role to car sales.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our vehicles to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
