Arnold Clark in Derby is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Product Genius) to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will learn about our vehicles and guide customers from enquiry through sale and delivery, supported by a friendly management team in-branch.

We offer extensive benefits and a clear career path, with a 38-hour week on a set rota including weekends. Training will be provided, and there are opportunities to progress into car sales as you grow your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and vehicles for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
