Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking Customer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Vauxhall branch in Stirling. You’ll help customers get excited about our products and learn the sales journey from enquiry to delivery, acting as in-branch experts.

You’ll receive training, work a 38-hour week on a set rota that includes weekends, and enjoy benefits such as 33 days of holiday, private healthcare, pension, and clear progression into car sales.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and progress within car sales.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Team player who works well in a busy showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and support Sales.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
