Job summary

Arnold Clark in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for Customer Service Executives at the Stoke Vauxhall branch to create an outstanding customer experience and help customers get excited about our products. As a Product Genius, you’ll learn our vehicles, assist with showroom presentation, and support the Sales team while guiding customers through the journey from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude to customer interactions.
• UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and contribute to sales progression.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives
• Learning about our vehicles to help customers find the perfect fit
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
