Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive at the Stoke-on-Trent Vauxhall branch. You’ll be the in-branch Product Genius focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience, learning about products, and guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a confident communicator who can deliver a positive customer experience.

• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our vehicles and manufacturers to advise customers.
• Develop product knowledge to help customers find the right fit.
