Product Delivery Manager (Band 8b/8a) - 5 Posts

Location: Remote/home based, with travel as required.

About the Role

Join our NHS Product Team, as a Product Delivery Manager, you'll take operational ownership of product development and delivery across several products within a portfolio or Use Case. You'll be instrumental in shaping solutions, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring products deliver real value to NHS staff and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Own product or feature areas from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Manage daily operations of the product team, including meetings and backlog management.
  • Shape solutions with delivery teams, making daily product decisions.
  • Write clear, outcome-focused user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Champion user-centred design and agile best practices.
  • Report progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deputise for the Lead Product Delivery Manager as required.
About You
  • Experience in product delivery management, ideally within healthcare or public sector.
  • Strong operational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centred design.
  • NHS experience.
