Job Title: Product Coordinator – Moist & Liquids

Location: UK – Hybrid (Occasional travel)

Contract & Hours – Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week plus weekend on‑call working required 1 in 4. (Flexibility is key)

Package includes a starting salary from £25,500, plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, a performance‑related bonus and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.

About The Role

As a Product Coordinator at KW Feeds, you will play a vital role within our Moist & Liquids team, supporting both stock control and customer service functions. You will work closely with product specialists, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders and accurate stock management. This role calls for an attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract inputs and coordinate order processing alongside customer service duties.
  • Support stock control activities, including training to take on stock management responsibilities.
  • Liaise with logistics and product specialists to ensure accurate and timely product movements and deliveries.
  • Track and record inventory movements.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, entering data accurately into internal systems and coordinating order fulfilment.
  • Support the customer service team by handling contract inputs and order management tasks.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of products.
What We're Looking For
  • An interest in farming and agriculture would be beneficial.
  • Planning knowledge.
  • Experience in customer service, stock control, logistics, and exposure to order management or supply chain processes.
  • Careful attention to detail, allowing for accurate data handling and prevention of expensive errors, especially regarding inventory and contract data.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using standard office software; willingness to learn company‑specific systems.
  • Proficient in communication, comfortable making phone calls, and coordinating with teams across sales, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • A motivated, keen, and team‑oriented mindset, able to support colleagues effectively during busy periods.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel (2 to 3 times per month) to offices in Sherburn or Peterborough.
