A leading logistics firm is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Lead for a unique island-based operation. This senior role involves managing all procurement activities, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have proven procurement experience and strong negotiation skills. A CIPS qualification and ERP system knowledge are desired. Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional weekend work may be required to support business needs)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement & Logistics Lead to join a unique island-based operation in the Summer Isles. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for leading procurement and logistics operations across an island-based organisation supporting mainland activities.
The Procurement & Logistics Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of the procurement life cycle, ensuring best value, compliance and alignment with finance policies and procedures. This role will lead the Procurement team, oversee one of site operations and play a key part in supplier management, contract negotiation and process improvement.
