Procurement Coordinator

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our top clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Coordinator on an initial 12-month basis.

The Buyer will Support with Procurement activities in the Digital Design Manufacturing Services and LeanProject Lifecycle Management.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage Project tasks and Activities for Suppliers deployment
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance using performance KPIs, dashboard
  • Support activities where needed in supplier capacity and capability and performance to meet Project deployment objectives.
  • Support activities where needed- supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation
  • Support and manage project risks and registers.
  • Maintain close communication and coordination with the Project and Procurement operational and commercial teams
  • Project activities, inclusive of KPIs/reports/briefings for monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure team engagement to maintain motivation and maximize organization efficiency to deliver the project.
About you:
  • Experience working in Procurement, Supply Chain and Administration environments.
  • Project planning and supplier management experience.
  • Understanding of Logistics flows, ERP and MRP systems
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all functions/levels.
  • Ability to integrate well in a friendly team.
  • Motivated, positive and proactive approach to work.
