Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Process Technician - 3rd Shift, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operation and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift

Location: Edinburgh, IN

Pay Range: $54080 - $62400

Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform mold changes on injection molding machines ranging from 770 – 3500 tons.
• Start up injection molding machines with existing processes and make necessary parameter adjustments to ensure quality and cycle time standards.
• Set up auxiliary equipment including robots, hot stamping machines, label applicators, and in‑mold label equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making quick and effective adjustments to maintain production flow.
• Conduct startup quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
