£33,700 rising to £43k through structured training + 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern (Days & Nights) + Weekly Pay + Overtime ( + Structured Training + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Avg Holiday Pay + Tech Schemes + 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays

In this role you will be working to manage a team of Operators where you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of specialist FMCG machinery. You will be monitoring outputs and analysis of the machines, ensuring Operators are working to required standards and be working through a structured development program to enhance your skills and progress in the company. This role is working a rotating shift pattern of 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights.
