This position is based at our Basingstoke site, supporting the manufacturing and production of high-quality products for global customers.

In this role, you will directly support the manufacturing of critical products that enable scientific breakthroughs and patient‑impacting solutions. Your commitment to quality, safety, and reliability will help us maintain world‑class production standards and meet increasing customer demand.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, or production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a cGMP environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., data entry, logging results, reading digital instructions).
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends or overtime as required to support production schedules.
  • Must be able to lift, move, or handle materials up to 25 kg with or without reasonable accommodation.
