• Lead and coach Team Leaders to achieve SQDCPE targets.
• Oversee daily shift performance and report key metrics.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints.
• Ensure adherence to Global Manufacturing System and Quality Operating standards.
• Manage team performance, attendance, and development.
• Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements.

Skills
