Job description

Our client BAE Systems, a leading player in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking three Process / Manufacturing Engineers to join their team on a 12-month contract based fully on-site in Washington. This role will be part of the Land business unit and focuses on delivering key manufacturing processes within a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, and optimising manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring all manufacturing activities meet defence and security standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing issues
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation related to process improvements
  • Monitoring and reporting on production performance metrics
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
