Qualifications

  • Qualified as a solicitor or chartered legal executive, CILEX, or TEP qualification, with a background in estate planning.
  • Knowledge of tax systems within England & Wales.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to draft documents.
  • The ability to use your initiative and effectively prioritise your work.
  • A client‑focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting.

  • Manage your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs.
  • Use the case management system to ensure information is recorded accurately.
  • Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
  • Work collaboratively with expert support from the team to continually develop your legal skills.
  • Use your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team.

Private Client Solicitor, Nationwide (Remote)

£32,000 - £44,000

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a remote Private Client Solicitor to join one of the fastest‑growing in‑house legal services in the UK, with multiple offices nationwide. The private client solicitor will have the flexibility to work either remotely or within one of their offices, handling their own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases, including LPAs, Trusts and Wills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a clear progression pathway within the large expansion of the estate planning team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs.
  • Use the case management system to ensure information is recorded accurately.
  • Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
  • Work collaboratively with expert support from the team to continually develop your legal skills; administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels.
  • Use your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team.
